Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship to Canadian addresses only.

What shipping couriers do you use?

We ship with Canada Post.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping is included on all orders.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days - we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Once the carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email will be updated and given an estimated arrival date for your package. 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day guarantee on our products. If you don’t love your styling kit, please email us at hello@livemodernagency.ca. We’ll send you a shipping label and once products are returned, we’ll issue an account credit or refund. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@livemodernagency.ca, and we’ll start the process. Kindly note, we are unable to accept returns for individual products sold as part of a bundle unless the bundle is returned complete.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the product. We initiate the refund on our end, but depending on your bank or credit card, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

What if one of the items in the bundle is damaged?

Email us at hello@livemodernagency.ca and let us know the issue along with a photo showing the damage and we will coordinate an exchange of that one product. Keep in mind, we work with small businesses and makers, so it might take a little while to get a new item sent to you.
